Development of strategy Without a clear direction and strategy an organisation can only ever do what it has been doing and therefore a step change in performance is difficult if not impossible. Blade Values specialises in facilitating individuals and teams to develop a pragmatic strategy for their organisation. In the private sector this is usually the domain of the top team or Chief Executive but becomes more complex in more democratic organisations such as unions or professional bodies. Here the membership has to have a voice and the process Blade Values has developed ensures that this happens at all the key stages of creating a strategic plan. The best example of how strategy can be developed in a membership organisation is the work that Blade Values has been undertaking with the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
