The development of successful teams can rapidly increase the performance of a department or organisation.

Blade Values works with team management to help to identify purpose and therefore appropriate structures for teams as well as working directly with teams to improve their ability to work together to deliver team objectives.

Blade Values will use a number of different development vehicles as appropriate to the team itself and where it is in its development cycle. These vehicles could include the use of the outdoors to provide a more challenging environment, the use of case studies to stimulate thinking or the use of real current work examples. The latter is the preferred medium as it allows the team to deliver results even while in a ‘training’ situation. Frequently the programme developed for the team progresses through different training interventions to the point where Blade Values facilitates their scheduled meetings enabling real time performance.
